Collegio Quartier Novo is located in the historic center and the building, originally an Austrian barrack dating back to the XVII th.c., has been fully modernized and is now convenient and well equipped.
The building and accommodation facilities are managed by EDISU (an organization connected to the University of Pavia) and can accommodate students attending the various universities in Cremona. It can provide accommodation to both male and female students.
There are single, twin and triple rooms as well as six shared kitchens, a dining room and a studying room.

Students enrolled at the University of Pavia can access by competition.
Students enroller in other universities in Cremona can be admitted only if rooms remain available after the completation of the competition whose results are known only at the beginning of September. For these extra students, the fee does not vary according to income, but the maximum rate is applied, which may vary from year to year.

The building is closed in August and during the Christmas holidays.

The San Luca Institute is located in Viale Trento e Trieste, 1 very closed to the railway and bus station, just a few minutes from the city center.
This student accommodation is open all year.
It's managed by the religious order of Barnabite Father and it can host male university students who are already 18 years old.
In this institute there are three shared kitchens equipped with microwave, fridge, gas stove and oven.
It has single rooms with shared bathroom and single rooms with ensuite bathroom.

The institute is located in Via Gerolamo da Cremona, 19 in the heart of Cremona.
It is only a female university residence.
Recently renovated, it is open all year.
It has single rooms with bathroom and double with bathroom and common areas (kitchen, dining room, TV room, living room and a chapel).
